做法
1.發開一隻大蛋,加入2湯匙奶、2湯匙清水、1茶匙白糖和幾滴檸檬汁拌好
2.預熱焗爐400F/200C
3.將拌好蛋液過篩,倒入6個甜冰撻皮
4.400F/200C焗18分鐘(時間方面,個別焗爐會有點偏差)

Recipe:
1.Whisk a large egg. Add 2tbs milk,2tbs water, 1tsp sugar n a few drops of lemon juice. Blend well.
2.preheat oven 400F/200C
3. Sift the egg solution n pour into 6 sweetened frozen tart shell
4. 400F/200C 18min (time may vary among different oven)
