My last bikini bodybuilding competition in Taiwan in 2022 was the National Games Women's Bikini Bodybuilding event held in Chiayi. In the days leading up to the competition, I practiced my posing relentlessly in my hotel room and recorded all my practice sessions on my phone. The night before the event, I applied color to my body to enhance my muscle definition.
On the day of the competition, I arrived at the venue and joined many other competitors in applying color for the second time and preparing to take the stage. Despite the tough competition, I was able to showcase my best form and impress the judges. Ultimately, I was crowned the champion of the last bikini bodybuilding competition of 2022.
The road to victory was not an easy one, and I am grateful for the support of my coaches, family, and friends who encouraged me every step of the way. This win is a testament to the hard work and dedication I put into my training and I look forward to continuing to push myself to new heights in the future.
