For a while I was trying to get a good Rhino run but the shop had other ideas. So instead I decided to go rogue and run Tiger frontline. Disclaimer, I wouldn't advise anyone run Tiger at the front. :)
Tigers ability means the friendly pet ahead duplicates their in battle ability. Obviously in the front there is no friendly pet ahead so the Tiger is as useful as the Bee.
The Monkey is a tier 5 scaler who only buffs the front pet at the end of the shop phase. At level 1 it buffs +2/+3, at level 2 it buffs +4/+6 and at level 3 it buffs +6/+9. It synergises well with pets who need scaling quickly, a good example is the leopard whose attack determines the strength of its ability. Or the Gorilla who needs to survive a hit for the coconut shield to trigger.
As you will see in the video, a team of Monkeys is awesome! Turn 17 is longer than most games you will play and the opponents you come against tend to be very strong. That said, the scaling power of triple Monkey was enough to carry my team over the line despite the lack of utility. :)
